I did this to my phone the other day and thought I would share it with ya'll. I'm trying to be more deliberate with my actions and more crafty and altering things I already own instead of buying everything new. I'm a big fan of patches, pin and appliques. I also am trying to sew more. I'm making a dress for a sorority event tonight. Its really quite simple. I already have the skirt portion and I'm just going to sew a tank and the bottom part together to make a tank dress then I'm going to put a funky belt on and my yellow clay beads that I got at the Indian Pow Wow I went to over the summer. It'll be great. The only thing that would make it better is if I had my Toms already.

ReplyDeleteYou should definitely show me the dress once it's done; with Christmas coming up I can't really start any new projects, but I can feel my urge to sew and paint welling up. For now I'm just living vicariously :P
